The Beneficiary shall not make the conclusion of the contract subject to the deposit of funds (eg deposit).

The rent for 1 m2 of floor space of a social flat, negotiated upon the conclusion of the lease or changed during the duration of the lease, shall not exceed CZK 57.50.

The beneficiary is obliged to conclude a tenancy agreement with a person from the target group, where at least 50% of the household members must be in the economically productive age, ie aged 15-64.

The lease may be concluded with a person from the target group who is not economically productive (ie 65 years and over), but at least 50% of the household members are in the economically productive age (ie aged 15-64) ). When applying this condition, children and young people up to and including 14 years of age will not be counted.

The lease agreement will be concluded with a person who proves that his average net monthly income during the 12 calendar months preceding the conclusion of the lease does not exceed 0.5 times the average monthly wage according to CZSO data.

If other people will to used social rental apartment, the person with whom the contract of lease is to be concluded will show that the monthly average of the sum of the net income and social benefits of all household members has not exceeded 12 calendar months prior to the conclusion of the lease: 0.8 times the average monthly wage if it is a household with 2 members;

  • 0,9 times the average monthly wage if it is a household with 3 members;
  • 1,0 times the average monthly wage if it is a household with 4 members;
  • 1,2 times the average monthly wage if it is a household with 5 members.

 

The lease agreement is concluded for a fixed period of at least one calendar year and not longer than 2 years with the possibility of repeated renewal according to the particular situation of the lessee. The lease may be extended if the lessee and other persons using the household continue to meet the conditions for the conclusion of a social housing lease. The renewal of the lease does not take into account the minimum number of economically productive inhabitants in common households.

 

A lease may be concluded only with a person who does not have any other lease agreement, does not own or co-ownership a block of flats, a family house, a flat, a house for recreational or other accommodation purposes. This condition applies to all persons using social housing.
